The Factory Interactive and The HEAT Group have enjoyed a privileged relationship for several years including three revisions of their flagship web site for The AmericianAirlines Arena. The latest incarnation of the AAArena.com web site expanded the site's content management systems to include ad placement software, community focused efforts like RSS feeds for event calendars and discussion forums.
